On Thursday, February 12, 2026, the New Year’s pie cutting ceremony of the Department of Energy Systems took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Members of the academic and administrative staff, as well as students of the Department, attended the event, which provided an opportunity for an informal gathering and the exchange of wishes for the new year. The celebration coincided with Tsiknopempti, a traditional Greek festive day, further enhancing the joyful and convivial spirit of the occasion.

Such initiatives strengthen the sense of community within the Department and promote collegiality and interaction between staff and students.
